I took the photo downtown in Ann Arbor. I chose this tower because it was the highest building in this area. I really like how the building towered in the sky. I tried to awake the feeling that we are like a miniature figure next to this clock tower. It was hard to get close enough to take the picture because they were renovating something around the tower.
I took this photo downtown in Ann Arbor. I like how the building is constructed. The window are like mirrors, when you try to look inside you can't really recognize anything because you see yourself. And because of the ivy the house looks older. When I took the photo I kinda had the feeling the house is enchanted. The hard thing was to take the picture without my reflection in the windows.
I took the photo of this house downtown in Ann Arbor. I took the picture because I like old building. I think they have something more personal than the new buildings. When you look closer you can see that both statues are holding a shield. On the left shield is written "Friendship" and on the right "Character". So I think when you look at this picture you should feel something like friendship. It was hard to take a picture of the writing that was on the shields.
I took this picture downtown in Ann Arbor. I took it because I liked the color of the bricks. When I look at the blueprint I get the feeling that I am looking at a snakeskin. But I like the pattern of it. The only hard thing was to find a moment when no one came out of the building or wanted to went in.
column
I took this image downtown in Ann Arbor. I took this picture because it reminded me of the architecture in Italy. I like how the column are standing there like they are holding the whole weight of the building. When I am looking at this picture I have the feeling that I am in an other country and in an other time. My errors in this picture is that I wasn't able to take a photo of the whole building. I just couldn't go far enough away.
